Data and Analytics

We assign a unique identifier to each player for our games on Roku, iOS, Android, and Steam, but do not use or retain any personally identifying information other than the initials you may enter for high score list purposes. We use this identifier to help maintain high score lists.

We also use this identifier with Google Analytics to track game usage for the purpose of tracking the health and usage of our games.

When you play our games on Steam, Valve may also collect data about your gameplay through the Steam platform. See the Steam Privacy Policy.

Accounts

You may optionally create an account using your email address to save your web game data and your progress in the Ants mobile game. Creating an account is entirely voluntary — all of our games can be used without one. You can delete your account at any time from the High Scores page on our website or from within the Ants mobile game.

Level Submissions

If you share a level, you agree that Evolution Creek Software is allowed to use, modify, and provide the level to other users of the game.

In our free games on Roku, we may display ads by Roku (Roku Privacy Policy). In our free games on iOS and Android, we may display ads using Google AdMob (Google Privacy Policy).

Limitation of Liability

Our games are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Evolution Creek Software shall not be liable for any damages arising from your use of or inability to use our games, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of progress, or any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Updates

When using our games, you understand that we may update them at any time with or without notification.

Fees

If you purchase one of our games on Roku, you understand that Roku handles all payments and refunds. If you purchase one of our games on Steam, you understand that Valve handles all payments and refunds. Our games on iOS and Android are free to download, but may offer in-app purchases to remove ads and unlock additional features. If you make an in-app purchase on iOS, you understand that Apple handles all payments and refunds. If you make an in-app purchase on Android, you understand that Google handles all payments and refunds.

Children's Privacy

Our games are not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect any information from children.
