Roku Premiere (3920RW, 4620X), Roku 4 (4400X)
- Great resolution
- Great performance
- IR Remote: Poor remote responsiveness (almost impossible to stop on a dime).
- Roku Voice Remote: Great remote responsiveness
Roku Express+ (3710X)
- Great resolution
- Decent performance. May notice some slowdowns on the most complicated levels.
- IR remote: Poor remote responsiveness (almost impossible to stop on a dime).
Roku TV (5110X)
- Lower resolution
- Decent performance. May notice some slowdowns on the most complicated levels.
- IR Remote: Good remote responsiveness
IR vs Enhanced or Voice Remotes
How do you tell what kind of remote you are using? If you've paired your remote to your Roku, then it's not an IR remote. You can see what model remote you have by going to your Roku's Settings/Remotes & devices, then finding the Remote/About info. Here's info on remotes available from Roku:
The "Roku Players Remote" is an IR remote.
